Today is a great day to slow down and to focus on God:

  1.  BREATHE.

Be still and know that I am God (Psalm 46:10, NLT).

  1.  STOP.  FOCUS on the presence of God.  Know God is God. 

Have you not known? Have you not heard?

The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth.

He does not faint or grow weary; his understanding is unsearchable. (Isaiah 40:28, NRS)

  1.  GIVE THANKS TO GOD.  Say THANK YOU!

Always give thanks to God the Father for everything,

in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ (Ephesians 5:20, NCV).

Find a moment to breathe, stop, focus on God, and give thanks.
