In this twenty-ninth episode, Joshua and Kerrie celebrate and share about Easter and what it means for humanity.
The series God word:
“Now before the Feast of the Passover, Jesus knowing that His hour had come that He would depart out of this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end” (John 13:1, NASB).
Today’s God word: In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead? He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: ‘The Son of Man must be delivered over to the hands of sinners, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.’ ” Then they remembered his words. (Luke 24:5-8, NIV).
Key: “The hour has come.” Humanity has the choice to respond.
I am •Accepted . . . Christ bore my burden of condemnation.
I am •Alive . . . Christ took on my death, setting me free from the grave.
I am •Amazed . . . Christ’s costly grace is always at work in me.
I am •Always blessed . . . Christ is my faithful Friend, never leaving or failing me.
I am•Anticipating . . . Christ gives more than what I will ever ask, think, or imagine.
Challenge: Respond to Christ.
May you know the living presence of Christ like never before. Happy Easter friends. Talk to you tomorrow in Studio 365.
